Ralph Harrington

Prior to founding the Company, Ralph worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).  He filled orders in the S&P 500 pit, traded Eurodollars and managed the day-to-day office and floor operations for one of the largest broker groups, but in 1999 he and and his two partners Todd and Jim co-founded SignMeUp.com a leader in online registration for endurance sporting events.  They have been in the software business ever since! 

Ralph has a wife, Michelle and two daughters Parker and Quinn. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University where he was a varsity swimmer. Ralph is a certified Pose Running Instructor.

Deric Tedora

Deric, a lifelong resident of the Monroe community is the most recent addition to the Run Hip team. He has lived an active lifestyle his entire life, being involving in competitive sports, completing 4 full marathons, countless half marathons, and recently finished his first 50K.
In addition to co-owning Run Hip with Ralph, he owns Paws Gone Running, the only dog running business in Monroe County
Deric is happily married to his wife Angela and has 3 children; Dominic (17), Anna (11) and Mary (9).

Kaylin Russeau

Kaylin Russeau fell in love with running when attending Erie Mason High School participating on the Cross Country and Track Teams under Coach Jack Michael. Coach Michael and her future husband (Alex) encouraged her to continue running collegiately after high school.  She attended Lansing Community College her first two years of college receiving NJCAA All American in the 4x800m relay and 1500m.  Kaylin transferred to The University of Toledo as a walk-on in her junior year, but by her senior year received a full ride scholarship after solid performances.  
Her performances include Mid American XC Conference Runner Up, All-Region 2x, MAC team Champions 2x, and the Rockets qualified to NCAA Cross Country Championships in 2011 and 2012.
Kaylin is a ACE Certified Personal Trainer and AASDN Nutrition Specialist. She is the owner of Kaylin Russeau Fitness where she offers Personal Training and Wellness services.  Kaylin continues to run competitively in her post-collegiate career and her favorite event is the ½ marathon.

Todd Williams

Todd Williams started his athletic career in Monroe, Michigan as a youngster participating in every sport (wrestling, swimming, baseball, basketball, football) before transitioning to track and cross country. He was six time State Champion in track and cross country at Monroe High School and was All American his Junior and Senior seasons.
He received a full athletic scholarship to attend the University of Tennessee and the success continued. He was four time SEC Champion and eight time All-American. He led Tennessee to the National title his Senior season and served as team captain. His varsity records in the 3k, 5k and 10k at University of Tennessee still stand after twenty two years. After graduating he went on to be one of the best American distance runners of all time. He qualified for two Olympic Games 1992-1996 in the 10k and won twenty one US titles on the road, track and cross country course. His talent and hard work gave him the opportunity to compete all over the world against the best.
